I have studied major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you to the discovery of which approach works best for you.  I will encourage you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you personally.  I will also help you to implement gradual lifelong changes that will enable you to reach your current and future health goals.
