Sessions are held weekly (or bi-weekly) and run 45-60 minutes (youth programs may run longer)

Groups are limited to 20-25 attendees (youth programs: 10-12)

Eat Smart, Live Strong
A 4 week program that includes fun, social, and interactive sessions designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among adult’s age 55 and older. Participants will gain the skills needed to promote healthy behavior changes to improve their overall health and well-being.

Zendasa's premier, signature, program. Baby Steps is an intensive program that covers the complete gamut of creating, and maintaining, a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It encompasses information pertaining to all areas of our lives - body, mind, and spirit. In addition to the inclusion of material in all programs previously described, it also covers subjects such as dieting, the roles of government and big business in our food supply, detoxification, and breathing and relaxation techniques. It is designed not only to educate, but also to empower.
