  • All programs are available in either a Group or Private setting via online or in person

  • Sessions are held weekly (or bi-weekly) and run 45-60 minutes (youth programs may run longer)

  • Groups are limited to 20-25 attendees (youth programs: 10-12)

  • Reservations (bookings/appointments) are always required

  • Acceptance is not guaranteed until payment has been received (payment plans are available)

  • All programs are very interactive and include a variety of informational handouts and homework

Read The Label

A shorter, 2 week, program, for parents and their children, to learn how to identify calories, serving sizes and nutrients, and how to use that information to make healthy food choices. Full of engaging activities for kids. Fee covers 1 adult and 1 child.

Healthy Eating

On A Shoestring Budget

A 3 week program that will help you create a food budget and a meal plan, incorporating healthy food choices, that won't "break the bank". Includes a field trip to a local Farmer's Market or neighborhood grocer.

Eat Smart, Live Strong

A 4 week program that includes fun, social, and interactive sessions designed to improve fruit and vegetable consumption and physical activity among adult’s age 55 and older. Participants will gain the skills needed to promote healthy behavior changes to improve their overall health and well-being.

For The Health Of It

A 5 week, hands-on, program that demonstrates how to incorporate healthy foods into all 4 courses of a meal - Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Entrees, and Desserts. And yes ... we get to enjoy the fruits of our labor.  YUM!

Eat Healthy, Be Active

 

A 6 week program that provides information and guidance to help you acquire the skills and knowledge needed to make healthy, nutritionally sound, choices that lead to a better quality of life. It provides detailed tips on how to put healthy behaviors into practice. 

An 8 week program, for children ages 4-9, that offers engaging activities, essential facts, and simple strategies to help make positive choices in areas that most affect: health, nutrition, physical activity, and sleep.

A Journey To

Self-Discovery

 

Zendasa's premier, signature, program. Baby Steps is an intensive program that covers the complete gamut of creating, and maintaining, a healthy and balanced lifestyle.  It encompasses information pertaining to all areas of our lives - body, mind, and spirit.  In addition to the inclusion of material in all programs previously described, it also covers subjects such as dieting, the roles of government and big business in our food supply, detoxification, and breathing and relaxation techniques. It is designed not only to educate, but also to empower.
